By using WeaDrop, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
WeaDrop provides real-time weather information, radar maps, alerts, widgets, and more. Services may include free and paid versions; feature differences are explained in the app.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the app;
- You shall not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
- You shall not reverse-engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app's normal operation;
- You are solely responsible for decisions made based on weather information (e.g., travel plans). Weather data is for reference only.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, icons, code, designs, etc. are owned by WeaDrop or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written permission.
5. Disclaimer
WeaDrop is provided "as is". We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or timeliness of weather data. We are not liable for any losses resulting from severe weather or other events.
6. Paid Subscriptions
Premium or annual subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation can be done via your Google Play account settings.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms, without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
9. Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
